What are the shipping costs for returns?
To ensure maximum transparency and continue to offer competitive prices on all our products, return shipping costs are paid by the customer .
You'll have complete freedom to choose the courier or postal service you prefer and find most convenient. We only recommend using a traceable shipping method for your safety.
Why can't I cancel my order?
If your order has already been processed in our warehouse and you have received delivery confirmation, it is not possible to cancel it. Our team works hard to ensure prompt delivery, so orders are processed as soon as they are received. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. How can I return a folded or rolled rug?
When returning the rug, be sure to package it in the same condition in which you received it. If the rug was folded, fold it again. If it was rolled, roll it again. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible, or alternatively, using thicker plastic bags such as black sacks. To ensure proper identification of the return, securely attach the return label to the outside of the packaging using tape on all four sides. This will ensure the label stays in place throughout the return process.
How can I return my order with UPS?
To create your return, use the link in your order and delivery confirmation. After creating the return label with UPS, follow the instructions below:
- Fold the rug following the instructions in the attached file that was sent to your email address.
- Pack the rug in its original packaging and make sure to seal it properly to prevent damage during shipping. If the original packaging is damaged, you can use a similar material to pack the rug.
- Print the return label and attach it to the package.
- You can choose whether to drop off your package at a post office or schedule a collection.

I don't have the original packaging material. How should I package my return?
Please use equivalent protective packaging in case the original packaging is destroyed or disposed of, so as to keep the rug protected during transport.
How can I make a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt.
To start the return process, simply click on the link provided in your order or shipping confirmation. You will be guided through the steps required to request the return and provide the required information.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer . Once you complete the online request, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send the package to our warehouse.
Refunds: When the product is returned to us, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. Once the item is confirmed to be intact, we will refund the order amount via the original payment method.
How long does it take to receive a refund in case of a return?
The return process should be quick and easy! When exchanging your rug, it usually takes 4-6 business days for it to reach our warehouse. Once we receive your return, we disinfect the package and our warehouse staff will inspect the rug to ensure it has been returned in the same condition as when we sent it.
Once the return process is complete, we will send a confirmation and return receipt to your email.
Refunds are issued immediately and are usually processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return receipt, depending on your chosen payment method.
