What are the delivery times?
All the rugs on our website are ready for delivery .
Typically, delivery takes 2-5 business days for shipments within the EU and 2-8 business days for the rest of the world. All orders are processed from our headquarters at Galleria Parco Città 19, 36100 Vicenza (VI) .
At checkout, you'll receive an even more accurate estimate of delivery times based on your location.
Please note: During busy periods, such as Black Friday or holidays, delivery times may be slightly delayed due to high courier workloads.
How will my order be packaged for shipping?
Our warehouse staff will carefully package your order using recyclable materials. Your rug will be delivered folded or rolled, depending on the courier's size requirements.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We will provide you with a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has shipped from our warehouse.
You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website at any time.
Tracking information is also available in your customer account on our website.
What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must notify the courier immediately so they can note it on the delivery note upon receipt. Then contact our customer service and report the problem, attaching images showing the damage and packaging. Remember to unpack the rug and inspect it for hidden and visible damage.
