How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

If you wish to stop receiving our newsletters, there's a simple unsubscribe process. Simply find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Once you click this link, you'll be redirected to a page where you can confirm your unsubscription.

By unsubscribing, you will no longer receive future offers or communications from us. This means we will no longer contact you by email.

How can I cancel my order?

If an order has already been processed and shipped from our warehouse and you have received a shipping confirmation, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled. Our team works diligently to ensure timely deliveries, and therefore, orders are processed immediately upon receipt. However, if the order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can cancel it. Please contact us at mondotappeti@hotmail.it with your order number so we can process the refund, as it is not automatically processed.



It's important to note that our returns are free. Therefore, if your order is already on its way to you, you won't incur any additional costs. You can create a return label using the link provided in your order or shipping confirmation, or refuse the package upon arrival, but we can't stop the shipment.

Can I order a paper catalog from you?

No. Our rug selection is only available on our website. For more detailed advice, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I buy a carpet?

After selecting the rug of your choice, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the rug to your cart.

The next step is to proceed with payment. To do so, click on the shopping cart link in the upper right corner.

The final step is to choose your delivery and payment methods. Click on your preferred options and follow the instructions provided.

If you have any problems placing your order, our customer service team will be happy to place the order for you.

My voucher isn't working. Why?

Make sure you check that your voucher is valid for the items in your cart and that the discount code is still valid and has not passed its expiration date.

Can I change, add, or remove items in my order?

Yes. You can change and add items to your order if you haven't completed your purchase at checkout.

It's important to us that you receive your order quickly, and we'll prepare and ship your order immediately after completing your purchase. If you've forgotten something, we recommend placing a new order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as we haven't started packing and preparing your order for delivery yet. Because we aim for rapid delivery, this process begins very quickly after receiving your order. Therefore, we can't guarantee we'll be able to cancel your order, but we'll, of course, do our best to assist you.

In some cases, depending on your chosen payment method and delivery option, you can cancel your order yourself by logging into your customer account.

You can add and remove items from your cart if you haven't yet completed your order at checkout.
